STC is a Manufacturer of Disc Type Gear Shaper Cutters designed to cut any gear, internal or external, spur or helical. They can also be used to cut splines, serrations, sprockets, or many other involute forms. But they may also be designed for externals if required.

- Module: 0.3 Module to 24 Module
- DP Range: 80 to 1.45 DP
- PCD: 40mm – 250 mm
- Diameter: Up to 300mm for Disc or Counter Bore Type
- Profiles: Tip Relief, Protuberance, Semi-topping
- Accuracy class: ‘AA’ & ‘A’ as per DIN1829
- All types of PVD coating as per requirement.
